Refund policy

We have a 14 day refund policy on everything, except custom Blind Date with a Book and Book boxes. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unworn, with tags, and in the correct packaging. 

To start refund, please email us at shopthebookishbabe@gmail.com. Please include your proof of purchase in the email! If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how to return your item. 

Exceptions:

All Blind Date with a Book and Book Boxes have been created based on your selections and therefore, they are not eligible for a full return. However, if there is an issue or damage with one of the items you receive in your bundle, please contact us so we can work on replacing that specific item! 

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
